Established Business
We have been successfully operating since 1986 and in that time we have seen many Payroll Products come and go. Our first payroll program was originally released in 1987, designed for Microsoft DOS and was called 'PayPacket'. We were the first company in Australia to provide an off-the-shelf payroll program that automatically calculated the tax rates for employees. There was no more need to look at Tax Tables. PayPacket originally sold for under $200.00 and was also the first payroll program provided free for Businesses with 5 employee or less. We have continued to grow strongly during the best and the worst times of the economy and now have many thousands of clients.

Customer Focused
We listen to the people that use our Payroll Programs. We constantly receive feedback on ways to improve our products features. We consider all requests for improvements or new features and are in constant contact with our clients. In fact our Programming and Development team make themselves part of the Support Team several times a month to help stay completely aware of any issues that users may be experiencing. Often from this experience improvements are made to the Products directly by the Programming and Development Team.

Experienced Staff
Our staff have many years experience in payroll. The Programming and Development team have been involved in payroll and software development for over 35 years. We continually monitor Workplace, Legislative and Taxation changes. 

Comprehensive Support
We provide a comprehensive level of after sales support. We firmly believe that the products we develop are only as good as the after sales help and support that we provide. We pride ourselves in being able to resolve any issues that our users experience quickly and efficiently. We strive to minimise any inconvenience caused to our clients.

Timely Updates and Upgrades
Being a dynamic company we are able to provide updates and upgrades quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves in being able to quickly resolve any issues that our users have found and to provide a software update as required. No waiting for a major release to fix a known issue. Updates are released a minimum of once a month and often include minor enhancements as requested by of existing users.

Throughout the years we have received a number of awards the most recent being PC USER BEST BUY, July 2011. We are proud to receive these Awards and Acknowledgements but we are very aware that we cannot rest on our laurels. We are consistently looking for ways to improve our Products, to simplify what is an already a very complex manual task, Payroll.

Our Team 
We have chosen not to point out any particular names (such as the Managing Director) as we believe that our success is not just with efforts of one or two people. It is totally attributed to all of our employees efforts. A Business is only as good as the staff it employees.
