We switched to e-PayDay from MYOB because it is windows based and so much more flexible. It is accessible at all our seats (password protected) because it was able to be loaded on our server; and the support people are very patient too.

We have been e-PayDay customers since May 2000.  We employ in excess of 150 staff and process our pay on a weekly cycle. I personally have being using e-PayDay for 6 and half years and I find this program extremely user friendly.

The reporting within e-PayDay is very comprehensive and is easy to navigate.

The support staff are very efficient, knowledgable and helpful, any small issue we have is resolved almost immediately. We have had a few occassions where we needed to work direct with the programmer and management, the service we received was very prompt.

Overall we are very happy e-PayDay customers and would not hesitate to recommend their payroll program to others.

I would like to let you know how happy I am with not only the e-PayDay programme, but the customer service and support line. I have very basic computer knowledge but was able to understand your end of year manual and follow it to roll over the programme. Your booklets and programme are easy to use and has all the information needed for a small business to have up to date records for employees pays. I spoke with a software engineer recently at the Hunter Valley about your software. He could not believe how enthusiastic I was about your product, and wished someone would talk about his software like that.  (he engineers payroll software also!)

"I have been using e-PayDay for over 10 years. This wages program is a great product and e-PayDay support the program with quick and efficient updates when required. I pay all wages by direct debit, but for me, the most enjoyment I get is when we do Payment Summaries which takes but a few minutes. I always remember the years of adding columns and trying to balance the gross wages and tax.

I would like to take the time to congratulate your company on the program e-PayDay. I have been using this program since 1996 and have always found it successful. The Support that is received for what seem to be the smallest problem is handled with patience. Updates and improvements for the tax dept and any other changes are always available.

This program has made wages day a much better day for me.
