What Support Do I Receive when I Register e-PayDay®?
	FREE Introductory Support is available between 11AM to 2PM EST Monday to Friday EXCLUDING Public Holidays effective from the registration date of your first Company. e-PayDay FREEPAY® includes FREE Support e-PayDay® 20 includes 30 Days e-PayDay® SC includes 30 Days e-PayDay® MC includes 30 Days e-PayDay® UC includes 90 Days
Support Contracts for e-PayDay® include FREE Upgrades and extended telephone support hours from 10AM - 4PM EST. FOR SUPPORT CALL (07) 3049 1862 10AM to 4PM EST Monday - Friday* *Excluding Public Holidays as Gazetted in the State of Queensland.

What happens after my FREE Introductory Support Expires?
To be eligible for FREE Upgrades and to use Technical Support you MUST purchase a Support Contract. Support Contracts are available from 6 Months to one Year. From as low as $180.00 (inc GST), ONLY 50c per day for your TOTAL Insurance Policy for “Payday Peace of Mind”.

What happens if I need support but don't have a Support Contract?
Support is available on a single incident basis currently charged at a fixed fee per day.

If I don't have a Support Contract am I still able to purchase Upgrades?
YES! If you do not take a Support Contract, upgrades are made available as a separate purchase.

If I purchase an Upgrade does it include FREE Support?
NO! If you purchase an Upgrade you DO NOT receive any free support. To obtain support you MUST purchase a Support Contract.

Will I be able to continue using e-PayDay® if I don't purchase a Support Contract?
YES! The Support Contracts are NOT a Software License Fee. Your software WILL NOT EXPIRE if you do not take a support contract.

Is e-PayDay® Payroll Training Available?
YES! Remote Desktop Training (RDT) is now available. No need to leave the comfort of your Office. Our Trainers can securely log into your Computer and provide training online. There are three levels available, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. These Training Sessions usually run for around one hour each and cost from $165 per session. The only requirement is that you have an active internet connection (preferably fast), e-PayDay® is installed on your system and all of the Employee information has been entered.
