| What happens after my FREE Introductory Support Expires? | |
| To be eligible for FREE Upgrades and to use Technical Support you MUST purchase a Support Contract. Support Contracts are available from 6 Months to one Year. From as low as $180.00 (inc GST), ONLY 50c per day for your TOTAL Insurance Policy for “Payday Peace of Mind”. | |
| What happens if I need support but don't have a Support Contract? | |
| Support is available on a single incident basis currently charged at a fixed fee per day. | |
| If I don't have a Support Contract am I still able to purchase Upgrades? | |
| YES! If you do not take a Support Contract, upgrades are made available as a separate purchase. | |
| If I purchase an Upgrade does it include FREE Support? | |
| NO! If you purchase an Upgrade you DO NOT receive any free support. To obtain support you MUST purchase a Support Contract. | |
| Will I be able to continue using e-PayDay® if I don't purchase a Support Contract? | |
| YES! The Support Contracts are NOT a Software License Fee. Your software WILL NOT EXPIRE if you do not take a support contract. | |
| Is e-PayDay® Payroll Training Available? | |
| YES! e-PayDay Pty Ltd offers training from the Redcliffe Office. These half and full day Seminars are ideal for users of e-PayDay®. The Seminars are also ideal for any person who may have a manual system, be considering the purchase of an e-PayDay® payroll product or wishes to learn more about payroll administration. | |
